19 sep... went with da to east coast to cycle... i think i really need to execrise!!!!! i feel tt my arm r flappy!! ohhohohoh... really no good!! i like the time we spent tgt though in the afternoon we do quarrul!! haahha..

today went and watch movie with da... we watch underdog... the show was not bad hahaha is quite funny!!!! i decide next fri to play badminton with da!!!da say.. ha ha u play with me just lousy!!! i was like wat the hell!!! dun show off!!! i am sure i can play well!!! haven decide where to play!!! but i want to swim!!! cuz i miss the water!!! hahhahaa... da say i am lazy to swim!!! such a pig!!!! eat eat eat but dun do execrise!!! really bad!!! must stop da from eating supper!!!
